Od 2024 roku jest zatrudniony na Uniwersytecie Jagiellońskim, gdzie prowadzi badania nad interakcjami między błądzeniem myśli, pamięcią a uczeniem statystycznym. Jego zainteresowania badawcze leżą na styku trzech głównych obszarów psychologii poznawczej: percepcji, uwagi i pamięci. Interesuje go, w jaki sposób zjawiska percepcyjne i uwagowe – zarówno o charakterze wewnętrznym, jak i zewnętrznym – wpływają na sposób, w jaki wydobywane, kodowane i utrwalane są informacje pochodzące ze środowiska, zarówno w kontekście uczenia się regularności statystycznych, jak i kodowania zdarzeń.
